Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to northwickautomation.com (the "site"), run by Northwick Automation, a sole proprietorship based in Sarnia, Ontario ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Don't try to hack, overload, scrape or misuse it or its contact form, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

2. Information on the site

We try to keep content accurate, but it's general information, not professional advice. Prices and offers can change. A quote or signed Service Agreement is what counts.

3. Prices and add-ons

Google Profile Care has three plans, billed monthly with no contract:

• Basic: C$29 a month for the first 10 founding clients (kept while you stay), then C$39 a month. Replies to every Google review and 1 post a week.
• Growth: C$59 a month. Everything in Basic, plus 2 posts a week, photo updates and a monthly report on calls and views from Google.
• Pro: C$99 a month. Everything in Growth, plus a review-request link and QR card, hours and holiday updates, and priority same-day replies.

The optional one-time profile cleanup is C$49.

Extra posts add-on: 1 extra Google post per week, C$15 a month if added when you sign up, or C$20 a month if added later. Month-to-month; you can cancel the add-on at any time by email, and billing for it stops at the end of the current month.

4. Our content

The site's text, design and logo belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.

5. Links

We're not responsible for other websites we link to.

6. No warranty and limited liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law that can't be waived.

7. Privacy

8. Law

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
