Anti-Spam (CASL) Policy

Northwick Automation follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

When we email you

We send commercial emails only when we have consent: - Express consent: you signed up or asked us to contact you. - Implied consent: for example you're a current or recent client or enquirer (within the time limits CASL sets: generally 2 years after a purchase or contract, 6 months after an enquiry), or your business email address is publicly published, with no statement refusing messages, and our email is relevant to your business role.

We keep records of how and when consent was obtained.

What every email includes

• Our name: Northwick Automation.
• Our mailing address, and an email address to reach us ([email protected]).
• A clear way to unsubscribe, at no charge.

Unsubscribing

Reply "unsubscribe" or use the link in any email. We'll stop within 10 business days, and usually much sooner. The unsubscribe option stays working for at least 60 days after each email.

What we don't do

We don't buy email lists, hide who we are, use misleading subject lines, or send emails to addresses that say they don't want them.
